How do I start a return?

To start a return, email us at vluxthelabel@outlook.com within 15 days of receiving your item.

Are waist trainers returnable?

No. Waist trainers are final sale. We do not give refunds, nor do we accept returns on waist trainers.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days, not including holidays, to process your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping on orders over $75. Use code FREESHIPPING.

How will my order ship?

All domestic orders are shipped USPS.
